Juvenile Justice Act 2000.

Juvenile Justice Act focuses more on the children the year 1986, by the union parliament, there by providing uniform justice to the children in the entire country.  Prior to this act each state has its own enactment on juvenile delinquency.  But, now we have Juvenile Justice (care and protection of children) Act, 2000.  This Act has been split into two divisions, one is for children who are in conflict with law and the second is for children who are in need of care and protection.

UNCRC

Convention on the Rights of the Child has been adopted, keeping in mind the rights of the children all over the world.  In this convention all the country in the world has signed except USA.  The convention talks about the rights and responsibilities of the child, society, agencies and families.

Child Labour Act

This act deals with the person under the age of 14 years.  It also talks about the penalties to be imposed when a child has been employed because it is the age where children are to be in schools.
